• Inflict Fear and Innate Exhaust for the duration of battle on all enemies.

• Deal 4 hits of true damage to a single target.
• Apply Soul Shackle to target enemy and Drain 10% of their MAX HP as additional true damage, increasing by 10% each turn at the start of your turn. While your Soul Shackle is active, you can cannot take more than 5% of MAX HP as damage from any single attack. This effect does not apply to bosses and is removed when you or the target dies and whenever a new Soul Shackle becomes active.

• Prevent all enemies from gaining an Extra Turn until they die.

• Deal 2 additional hits of devastating true damage if the target has no beneficial effects.
• Disable Rot and Wrathful Talisman effects on all enemies until they die. This does not prevent the innate MAX HP increase that Rot grants.
• Prevent all enemies from healing until they die. This does not apply to bosses.
• If the target has no negative effects, instantly kill another random enemy. This effect ignores immunity to Permadeath and does not apply to bosses.

Immune to Permadeath Effects, Stun Effects, Passive Disable Effects, Stop and Seal. Remove All Negative Effects, including Silver Effects, and grant Perfect Hit, Charge, Lifesteal and Spell Vamp to each ally below 50% HP for 1 turn at the start of your turn. Gain Perfect Immunity for the duration of battle. Reduce the damage all allies take by 50%. Revive with Full HP grant Magic Damage Charge to all allies for the duration of battle, upon death. 50% Chance to counterattack when anyone on your team takes damage. Can only be countered by Passive Disable applied at the start of battle.
