Apocalypse

Prevent enemies from gaining Extra Turns until they die at the start of battle and at the start of your turn. Remove All Beneficial Effects, including Golden effects, from each enemy and deal Additional Random Damage to them based on their MAX HP for each effect removed this way after every action.
