Take True Damage based on 5% of your MAX HP if the attacker does not have True Burn Remove all Positive Effects including Golden and Innate Effects from enemies after every action. Inflict True Burn Effects for 9 turns on each enemy at the start of each round. Can only be countered by Passive Disable applied at the start of battle.
