Grant a random beneficial effect, including Golden effects, for 1 turn to each ally for every time Experimental Drugs has been used on them, up to a maximum of ten, at the start of your turn. Inflict a random negative effect for 1 turn on each ally that has had Experimental Drugs used on them since they last died after every action. Instantly kill up to one random enemy if they have 8 or more negative effects, including Silver effects after every action.
