• Deal 3 hit of random damage to all enemies.
• Deal three additional devastating hit of random damage to each Stunned enemy.
• Inflict Taunt for 2 turns on all enemies.
• Inflict a number of random Cosmogian Bevvy Effect on each enemy for 5 turns equal to the number of sequential times On-Hand Brew has been used, up to a maximum of fiveeffects.

• Permanently increase All Stats of self by 100%.
• Permanently increase All Stats of other allies by 75%.
• Grant Damage Charge and Titan Shield for 3 turns to all allies.
• Inflict Fear and Perfect Silence for 3 turns to all enemies.
• Grant an Extra Turn to all allies.

50% Chance to counterattack when anyone on your team takes damage. 50% Chance to take no damage per attack. Disable Impulse, Primordial and Ragnarok Talismans after every action. Remove all permanent Stat Decreases from self after every action. For each effect removed this way, inflict Perfect Stun for 3 turns and Mark for 9 turns on a random enemy. For each permanent Stat Increase on self, gain a random Damage Block Shield for 1 turn and deal a hit of random damage to a random enemy after every action. If Bounty Hunter Eddie, Cyborg Eddie, Cosmic Cyborg Eddie or another Stranger In Time named character is on your team: the first time each of you would die during a battle, revive up to MAX HP, grant Invincibility for 3 turns to all allies and deal random damage equal to 80% of their MAX HP to a random enemy. (This is disabled permanently if you are passive disabled at anytime in battle)
