Permanently Reduce DEF or MR on each enemy by 50% if they have negative effects after every action. Permanently Reduce ATK or MAG on each enemy by 50% if they lack negative effects after every action. Transform All Beneficial Effects, including Golden effects, on each enemy into 3 Grievous Burns and 3 Scalding Burns for 2 turns if they are suffering from Stat Reduction effects, including Silver and Innate effects, at the start of battle and at the start of your turn.
